YELLOWThere are signs that deserve attention. Do not ignore them: seek guidance or use the relevant safeguarding channel.
REDRisk, harm or serious conduct. Prioritise safety and activate the appropriate channel.
The traffic light provides initial guidance. It does not determine whether abuse, harassment, bullying, racism, discrimination, neglect or another breach has occurred. If something concerns you, you can seek help or report it even if the result appears green.
If there is immediate danger or serious risk of harm, contact emergency services or the relevant authority where you are.
